Carlos F. Azucena
Since 2005, Carlos Azucena has worked in commercial real estate specializing in the sale of multi-family investments throughout the Bay Area. He joined Marcus & Millichap as a senior analyst and participated in the successful sale of over $2 billion worth of real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. During that time, Carlos specialized in the sale, marketing, and analysis of apartment buildings over 100 units for some of the region’s largest private and public investors including real estate investment trusts (REITs), sponsorships, private equity groups and some of the most influential developers in the Bay Area.
Carlos has since shifted his focus to small and mid-size apartments where his expertise in valuation, 1031 exchanges, marketing, and negotiation have allowed him to achieve superior results for his clients. Presently, he is a First Vice President and a Director of the National Multi Housing Group and has concentrated his focus on properties in the South Bay, East Bay, and Peninsula markets.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Carlos worked in the financial planning arena where he assisted his clients in wealth management, investments and insurance services. He attended Bellarmine College Preparatory and is a San Jose State University graduate with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Marketing. Carlos was born and raised in the Bay Area where he presently lives with his wife and daughter.
Stan Rezaee

Stan Rezaee comes from a family of brokers who are active either in the San Francisco Bay Area or the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. He graduated from De Anza College in 2012 with an AA in Literature and and from California State University, East Bay in 2016 with a BA in Communications. He attended Chamberlin Real Estate School in 2018 and acquired his Sales Person License in 2019.
Stan's experience and determination make him an invaluable asset to the team.
